Mourning

It's been a long week here in Arizona, as I'm sure it has across the country. When I found out about the shooting on Saturday, I was in a lunch meeting at a conference in Albany, NY. I spent the rest of the afternoon trying focus on presentations while furiously hunting down updates on my phone.

I haven't synthesized all that's happened, all the chatter about guns (control, please), mental health treatment (more, please), or rhetoric (civil, please). I'd love to hear how you're coping, what you're doing to make sense of the murders.

Just hug your kids and your partner a little tighter tonight and from this moment forward.
